As one of the leading concrete manufacturer, the Belgian group CCB Cementir relies on the proven mixing technology from BHS-Sonthofen. Together with the plant manufacturer Creus Concrete Solution, CCB opted on a BHS planetary mixer, which forms the heart of the plant in France and produces all types of concrete.

The planetary mixer from BHS-Sonthofen was born to perform and is known for its sophisticated drive technology. The robust planetary gears are developed and manufactured in-house and offer maximum efficiency, operational reliability and a long service life. Thanks to the proven design and arrangement of the mixing tools, consistently high mixing homogeneity is achieved batch after batch with short mixing cycles.

Therefore, the decision was made to use a BHS planetary mixer, which has been in operation at the CCB plant in France since 2021. The customer is very satisfied with the mixer performance and the mixing results, so that a new concrete plant with a similar BHS planetary mixer of same capacity was requested. Today, the manufacturer relies in two of its large mixing plants on BHS-Sonthofen mixers and can deliver quality concrete throughout the Lille and Lens areas.

During the INTERMAT exhibition, which will take place from April 24 - 27, 2024 in Paris Villepinte, the experts from BHS-Sonthofen will present a demonstration planetary mixer BPX on their booth 6 H 101.
