The BHS continuous mixers of the HTK series are ideally suited for all throughput rates in continuous operation. They operate with a paddle mixing system that creates a three-dimensional mechanical fluidized bed. The robust design ensures reliable 24-hour operation.
The feed materials are continuously introduced into the mixer according to the recipe and pass over a weir at the discharge, which allows the filling level of the machine to be adjusted.
This ensures a homogeneous and consistently high mixing quality of the product.
