The DKX 3.0 Iso twin-shaft batch mixer ensures the highly homogeneous mixing required by Trisoplast.

The long-standing partnership between the Dutch company Trisoplast Mineral Liners (Tritech Solutions) and BHS-Sonthofen will mark a new technological milestone in 2026. Since the first press release in 2011, the mixing plants for Trisoplast mineral liners have been based on BHS’s proven twin-shaft mixing technology. While the DKX 1.67 S model has been in successful use worldwide for over a decade, the latest generation has now been successfully commissioned.

Increased Capacity with Unchanged Mobility
The centerpiece of the new system, from Nisbau GmbH, is the DKX 3.0 Iso. During development, the focus was on achieving a significant increase in performance while maintaining the same level of flexibility.

75% more production capacity: Compared to previous units, the new installation offers a massive increase in output to meet growing international demand.
Container integration: Despite the increase in performance, the system remains fully integrated into a standard 20-foot container. This ensures fast, global transport and commissioning within a few hours.
Operational Efficiency: The intelligent design allows the system to be operated with the same number of staff as before, reducing operating costs per metric ton.
