Generational change in the company management - Mr. Lutz retires, Mr. Brenner takes over as his successor

After 39 years with the company, including many years as a member of the management team, we are bidding farewell to Mr. Lutz as he enters his well-deserved retirement on 31 May 2025. As CFO of the BHS-Sonthofen Group, he was responsible for HR, Controlling, Finance, Purchasing and Shipping. With great commitment, vision and a sense of responsibility, he played a decisive role in shaping the development of our company.

Mr. Lutz was a mainstay of our organization for decades - reliable, experienced and always solution-oriented. Many important business decisions and structural developments are associated with his name. We would like to thank him warmly for his many years of successful work and his commitment to the company.

Mr. Arno Brenner succeeds him as CFO and joins the Executive Board. With his extensive specialist and management experience, he will assume responsibility for the aforementioned areas and continue to actively shape the future of the company together with the management team. We look forward to working with him and wish him a successful start in his new role.
