RW Recycling World GmbH, based in Merishausen in the canton of Schaffhausen in Switzerland, was founded by Robert Weber in 2002. The owner-managed company in the field of environmental and recycling technology is internationally active. The technologies offered are based on the mechanical process principles of shredding and separation. Essentially, the machine portfolio includes air separating tables, zig-zag classifiers, circular screening machines, bead mills and cyclones as well as container and dosing technology.
Depth of value added and process competence to be expanded
In an initial phase, BHS-Sonthofen has taken over 50% of the business shares and agreed to cooperate in partnership. In this context, BHS-Sonthofen will produce the machines in the future, build up the process and technology know-how for them and integrate them into its process solutions and recycling plants for customers under the “BHS” brand. As separating, sorting and classifying technology accounts for a significant share of the innovative process solutions and recycling plants in the Recycling & Environment division, this represents a significant expansion of the technology portfolio and thus the depth of added value of BHS. Ultimately, this will benefit the customers of BHS-Sonthofen, who will thus receive broad consulting expertise combined with a diverse technology portfolio and extended process know-how from a single source. RW Recycling World will continue to offer its portfolio on the market under the RW brand.
