Welcome to our test center and filtration laboratory. BHS carries out about 300 tests per year worldwide in the field of Process Technology. State-of-the-art test and laboratory capacities are available in Charlotte and our worldwide sites. Equipped with the latest process and laboratory technology, we carry out design tests. And we are happy to do this in the presence of our customers. This is where we ensure that our technology and solutions will later work optimally for our customers and are perfectly adjusted to the respective process. We look forward to your visit.

From test to scale-up
Developing the right process engineering solution plays a key role in maximizing efficiency.
With experience and product expertise, our engineers support your test series and define the optimal process engineering system solution. All we need is your starting product. A very small quantity is all it takes to perform a highly reliable analysis of the process parameters. On the basis of the test results, we define your production machine using a qualified scale-up.
You will learn how it works on a small scale and can transfer this knowledge directly to the production system.
