The impressive installation base shows that this principle is convincing worldwide: more than a hundred Biogrinders are in use around the globe. The range of materials is as diverse as the regions themselves – from pineapple and papaya residues in the Philippines to cattle manure and corn straw in European plants.
At the same time, the biogas market is growing steadily. Biogas plants are also becoming increasingly larger, driven by technological advances, rising efficiency requirements, and the need for reliable energy supplies in densely populated and industrial areas.
The logical response to this development is the new BHS Biogrinder XL. With a significantly enlarged inlet, larger working chamber, and optimized outlet, it has been specially developed for the requirements of large-scale plants. It really comes into its own with very sticky substrates, such as highly adhesive manure. Compared to the previous RBG 08 series, a 1.5 to 2-fold increase in throughput is expected.
The BHS Biogrinder XL thus sets new standards in the pretreatment of demanding biomasses and offers operators of modern large-scale plants a powerful solution for further maximizing their gas production.
