BHS-Sonthofen will not participate in Achema 2022

Due to the renewed postponement of dates by Dechema and the continuing uncertainty caused by the pandemic, BHS-Sonthofen has cancelled participation in Achema 2022 in Frankfurt.

"We consider the new event date in late summer to be unsuitable for holding the most important trade fair for the process industry. In addition, the repeated postponement shows from our point of view that participation in the show is still associated with too many uncertainties," says the management of BHS-Sonthofen Process Technology, explaining its decision to withdraw from exhibiting and participating in Achema 2022. After the trade fair in Frankfurt had already been postponed to April of this year, the organizer Dechema announced in December that the trade show would now be held in August due to the Covid situation.

BHS-Sonthofen has had a regular presence at Achema for more than 60 years. The decision was therefore not easy. Despite the Corona pandemic, BHS-Sonthofen looks back on a successful business year 2021 and looks forward to welcoming customers and business partners at the following Achema.
