Concrete is used in a vast range of applications. We at BHS-Sonthofen are proud of the fact that we have been manufacturing the decisive mixing technology for this fascinating building material for more than 100 years. Thanks to its reliability and the high quality of the mixing product, our BHS twin-shaft batch mixer is the technological benchmark in mixing technology for the production of ready-mixed concrete.
The mixer liberates binders and additives in an optimized procedure. Additives, such as fibers, distribute quickly and uniformly across the entire batch volume. Sensitive additives, including light materials, are mixed in very gently. Benefit from the homogeneous distribution of your high-quality formulation components and the corresponding economic efficiency.
Our twin-shaft batch mixer (type DKX) consistently delivers highly homogenous results after a short mixing time. Our portfolio of batch mixers caters to the following applications:
We offer a wide range of options for configuring the machine specifically to your requirements. These include, for example, various drive variants; mixing trough covers; discharge hoppers; lubrication and cleaning systems; measuring equipment; skip hoist or wear protection.
